Guatemala....Guatemejor

I know, I know. Only people who speak Spanish and know the "Guatemala, Guatepeor" joke will get that (it means "Guate-bad, Guate-worse" - South Americans think it is soooo funny, I don't think they really have anything against Guatemala.) Anyway. We're going, yes indeedy. After looking at places with 24 hour flights and exotic names we decided on Guatemala. You would too if offered someone's lovely villa in a beautiful little town not too far from the greatest Mayan ruins ever for a whole week and a half. And a 7 hour flight sounds so much better than 24. Bangkok will have to wait.
